Placement Policy
Appin placement cell attempts to place every student enrolled for our Job Oriented Courses. Since its inception, Appin has a record of placing 78.4% of its students. Every student interested in getting placement assistance must forward their CV’s to the placement cell at the Head Quarters by the end of 4 months of their course.

Diploma Program (Front Runner) (6 months)
  • Job Assistance would be provided to the student, starting two months before the date of completion of the course.
  • No job guarantee would be given by Appin Knowledge Solutions regarding the placement of a candidate.
  • Internship/project with a corporate would be optional, which needs to be arranged by the students themselves.
a) Placement Assistance procedure:
  • New Job openings shall be sent by the placement coordinator to students & franchisees, which will be displayed on the notice board, at every centre.
  • The Centre Head/Counselor shall send the updated CVs of the students in the Appin specified format, two months before the completion of the course.
  • CVs shall be shortlisted by the placement coordinator on the basis of telephonic interview.
  • Shortlisted CVs would be forwarded to consultants and companies, with whom we have a tie up for placements.
  • The candidate shall be informed about the interview details by the placement coordinator or by the concerned company HR.
  • Mock interviews shall be conducted periodically at all the centres by a panel consisting of the Territory manager from the Head Office, Trainer present at the centre and the Counselor/Centre Head.
  • The candidates will be given personality development classes and communication classes at every centre, to prepare them for the interview.
b) Terms & Conditions for Placement Assistance:
  • The candidate must ensure that he/she attends any interview arranged by Appin, else no further assistance shall be given.
  • The candidate must have good academic record at Appin.
  • The candidate must have at least 80% attendance in the academic session attended.
  • The Candidate must compulsorily attend the final assessment conducted at their centre, scores of which must be forwarded to the placement coordinator by the centre head/counselor.
  • The candidate must have submitted the project report at the end of 6 months.
  • If the project report submitted is found to be copied, the candidate’s eligibility to be a part of the placement assistance stands cancelled.
Certification Programs (2 months) (Boot Camp-1 month)
  • Training Certificate/Certification accredited by IADL UK, recognized globally, a value-add to your resume.
  • The program would prepare the candidate for globally recognized certifications.
  • Appin shall provide the candidates a platform, wherein their CVs will be accessible to the companies.
  • New Job openings sent by the placement coordinator shall be put on the notice board at every centre by the Counselor, if the opening matches with the student’s profile he/she may apply for the same themselves.
Distance Learning - Front Runner Program (6 months)
  • No Job Assistance would be provided to the students enrolled for Distance Learning Program.
